Fire Engulfs Wedding Party Bus: All 48 Passengers Escape Unharmed
A private bus carrying a wedding party from Buldhana to Chandrapur caught fire, quickly spreading and engulfing the entire vehicle. Fortunately, all passengers and the bus driver escaped without injury.
The bus, owned by Uttam Pawar of Buldhana, had stopped near Mehkar bypass for a tea break. Most passengers and the driver had deboarded, while some still slept inside. During this time, a short circuit ignited a fire on the bus.
Passengers outside noticed the fire and raised the alarm. They quickly rescued those sleeping inside before the fire consumed the bus. Their timely action saved many lives.
A fire brigade arrived promptly and extinguished the blaze, but the bus and passengers' belongings, including clothes and jewellery, were destroyed.
