44-year-old Motorcyclist Killed in Ajni by Speeding Mahindra Car

Nagpur, India: In another tragic case of reckless driving, a Mahindra XUV300 car fatally struck a motorcyclist at Omkar Nagar Square in the Ajni area. The accident claimed the life of 44-year-old Ramkishor Shivcharan Patle, a resident of Sant Gadge Nagar, Hingna Road.
The incident occurred around 11:15 a.m. while Ramkishor was riding his two-wheeler (MH-40/BH-1108) on his way to Pardi. According to police, the speeding Mahindra XUV300 (MH-40/CA-9990), driven by Dheeraj Ashok Sonkusre, 38, from CIDCO Colony, Butibori, tried to overtake Ramkishor’s vehicle but ended up hitting it. The impact caused Ramkishor to fall and sustain severe injuries.
Sonkusre immediately stopped and took Ramkishor to the Government Medical College & Hospital in his vehicle. Unfortunately, despite the efforts to save him, Ramkishor succumbed to his injuries during treatment.
Following a complaint lodged by Sukhchand Patle, 64, a resident of Shrikrishna Nagar, Jaitala, the Ajni Police registered a case against Dheeraj Sonkusre under Sections 106 and 281 of the Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita for rash and negligent driving.
