As Formula One concluded the season with a final test in Abu Dhabi on Tuesday, Charles Leclerc of Ferrari topped the timesheets. While a group of youthful aspirants took the place of racing regulars to get vital track time in the newest machinery, Carlos Sainz, his former colleague, had his first full day with new employers Williams and finished second fastest.

After Liam Lawson of RB, Sainz completed the second-most laps at the Yas Marina track, totaling 146, which is comparable to more than two and a half races.

Pirelli's 2025 tire compounds were tested by Leclerc, who completed 134 laps and established a best time of 1 minute 23.510 seconds. Meanwhile, Sainz's Ferrari was driven alternately by his younger brother Arthur and Italian Antonio Fuoco.
