At KKM 2024, Chanda Devi Saraf School takes third in "Pittu"

By finishing third in the "Pittu" competition, Chanda Devi Saraf School in Nagpur earned honors to the establishment.

At the sixth edition of KHASDAR KRIDA MAHOTSAV, the Chanda Devi Saraf School (Katol Road) in Nagpur brought honors to the institution by placing third in the "Pittu" competition. India has a long-standing custom of playing a native sport called pitu.

The competition included 24 girls teams from different organizations and schools around the city. The competition took place at Nagpur's Sadbhavna Ground on January 27, 2024.

Participants in the event included Aditi Yadav, Sanjyoti Uikey, Krinkana Dutta, Vidhi Kadway, Anjali Tiwari, Bhumi Sontakke, and Khushboo Dhone.

Moreover, Miss Krinkana Dutta received Player of the Match recognition. Siddharth Sports Club and Chanda Devi Saraf School (Katol Road) squared off in the third-place match. With 19 points, the Chanda Devi Saraf School became victorious in the contest.


The winning squad and the school coach, Mr. Percy Amroliwalla, were recognized for this outstanding accomplishment by the school's director, Mrs. Nisha Saraf, and principal, Mrs. Bharti Malviya.
