Bullock Killed by Tiger in Chandrapur

Vidarbha, Chandrapur, India: A tiger attacked and killed a bullock that was tied to a pole at a farm in Akapur village, Mul tehsil, around 12:30 PM on October 26.
The bullock belonged to farmer Nitin Pentwar. Notably, the tiger has been roaming in the tehsil for the past two months, killing numerous cattle and causing substantial losses for local farmers.
Upon receiving the information, forest officials arrived at the scene and conducted an inspection. As a result, locals have urged the forest department to implement appropriate measures to prevent such incidents and provide compensation to the affected farmers.
