Nagpur, India: In an unexpected move during the intense campaigning for the Maharashtra Assembly Elections, Congress candidate Bunty Shelke, who is contesting from the Nagpur Central constituency, paid a visit to his rival BJP candidate Praveen Datke’s campaign office on Monday, November 11.

Shelke’s appearance at the BJP office in the heart of Nagpur Central seemed to be part of his outreach strategy to connect with voters from diverse backgrounds. Upon arrival, he greeted BJP volunteers warmly, shaking hands and touching the feet of some in attendance as a gesture of respect toward local traditions, aiming to build rapport beyond party lines.

BJP's Vikas Khumbhare sitting in Nagpur Central seat for consequent terms, however the development in Central Nagpur is unexpectedly slow. The commitments are yet not fulfilled or are being neglected.
