Robbery at Chanduram Bakery in Yashodharanagar, Nagpur; Rs 1.55 Lakh Stolen

A robbery occurred at Chanduram Bakery in Yashodharanagar, Nagpur, where thieves stole Rs 1.55 lakh in cash and a CCTV DVR. Police have registered a case, and an investigation is underway.

Nagpur, India: A robbery took place at Chanduram Bakery in Wanjari Industrial Layout, Pilinadi, located at Plot No. 86, Nagpur, resulting in the theft of cash and valuables worth Rs 1.55 lakh. The incident occurred on 1st February 2025 at around 8 PM.  

The complainant, Akash Gurumukh Tharwani (26), a resident of Plot No. 86, Mukund Society, Matavi Nagar, Jaripatka, Nagpur, had locked the main door of the office before leaving for home. However, unknown burglars managed to enter through the exit door broke the office lock, and stole Rs 1.50 lakh in cash and a CCTV DVR. 

Following the theft, the complainant registered a formal complaint at Yashodharanagar Police Station. Police have initiated a case under Section 380 of the Indian Penal Code against the unknown assailants.  

The investigation is ongoing, with the police working to identify and apprehend the suspects.
