Nagpur, India: In a remarkable act of civic responsibility, senior citizen Vijay Kogje, who is battling cancer and undergoing treatment, cast his vote on Wednesday.
Admitted to Niti Clinic in Ramdaspeth on November 18, Kogje underwent surgery under the supervision of Dr. Madan Kapre. Showing exceptional resolve, he ensured that he cast his vote in the assembly elections just two days after the procedure.
With the help of Dr. Kapre, an ambulance, and medical staff, Kogje was transported to the polling station at Neeri Modern School. After voting, he expressed his joy at fulfilling his duty as a citizen.
