Nagpur, India: Chef Vishnu Manohar, celebrated for his many culinary achievements, reached another impressive milestone on Sunday morning during Diwali. He prepared more than 1,000 dosas in the first two hours, attracting food lovers who were excited to taste his dishes.

Internationally acclaimed chef Vishnu Manohar, holder of nearly 25 world records, began his latest record attempt at 7 am and reportedly reached a remarkable 1,500 dosas in just the first two hours. As the dosas were prepared, the crowd eagerly enjoyed them.

This event is taking place at Vishnuji Ki Rasoi in Bajaj Nagar. For this initiative, Vishnu Manohar is utilizing 100 kg of urad dal, 300 kg of rice, 35 kg of fenugreek seeds, 50 kg of poha, 200 kg of groundnut oil, 200 kg of coconut for chutney, 100 liters of curd, 100 kg of dal, 50 kg of red chilies, 5 kg of hing, 5 kg of mustard seeds, 50 kg of salt, 25 kg of coriander, 50 kg of sugar, and 5 kg of curry leaves.

Vishnu Manohar has previously set 25 world records, including creating a massive 7,000 kg "Ram Halwa" in Ayodhya, as well as achieving records for the largest vegetarian kebab, largest paratha, largest puranpoli, and completing a 52-hour non-stop cooking marathon.
