Nagpur, India: DDCL Construction Company has responded to questions about the quality of the Pardi flyover.

The company issued a statement saying that vibrations in the flyover caused stuck waste concrete to fall. It also stated that all the waste concrete has now been cleared from the flyover.

The Pardi flyover has remained in the news since its construction. Initially, there were concerns about construction delays, but now its quality is being questioned.

Two days ago, the Central Avenue and Bhandewadi part of the flyover was inaugurated for traffic. However, within 24 hours, concrete from a part of the newly built flyover broke off and fell on a car going down.

As a result, the upper part of the car was damaged. Although there was no loss of life in the accident, the car suffered major damage.

After the incident, questions were raised about the quality of the flyover’s construction. Meanwhile, the company that built the flyover has responded.

The construction company stated that the flyover is completely safe and that there is no breakage in any part of it. The fallen concrete was just waste material from the bridge, which came loose due to vibrations. The company also mentioned that similar waste concrete was present in several parts of the flyover, which has now been removed.
