Nagpur, India: On the eve of Republic Day, the central government announced the recipients of the prestigious President’s Police Medal for exceptional service. Nagpur’s Police Commissioner, Dr. Ravinder Kumar Singal, was honoured with this award, bringing pride to the city.

Dr. Singal is well known for his work leading the Tiger Run, which raises awareness about cybercrime and drug abuse. On January 25, he was congratulated by the Inspector General of Police Dr. Dilip Bhujbal at the Tiger Run award ceremony. Nagpur’s Joint Commissioner of Police Nisar Tamboli and other senior officials attended the event.

The President of India will present the President’s Police Medal to the awardees at the Republic Day ceremony in New Delhi. This year, many police officers from Maharashtra were recognised for their dedication to service, with Dr. Singal being a standout recipient. His award reflects the hard work and commitment of Nagpur’s police force in keeping the community safe.
