Vivek Bindra, the well-known motivational speaker and CEO of Bada Business Pvt Ltd, reportedly tied the knot with Yanika on December 6. However, just eight days later, on December 14, an FIR was lodged against Bindra at Noida Sector 126 police station in Uttar Pradesh. According to India Today, the Noida Police registered the FIR based on allegations of assault against Yanika Bindra by her husband Vivek Bindra.
Bindra, known for his motivational speeches, is facing charges under various sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), including 323, 504, 427, and 325, as per the report. The Noida Police is actively investigating the matter, ensuring a thorough probe into the serious allegations.
The complaint was filed by Yanika's brother, Vaibhav, who claimed that Bindra had confined his sister in a room, verbally abused her, and subjected her to severe physical assault, resulting in injuries across her body. Yanika, as shown in a widely circulated video on social media, displayed apparent injury marks while seeking medical attention.
Vaibhav mentioned that Yanika is currently receiving medical treatment at Delhi's Kailash Deepak Hospital and is facing hearing issues due to the alleged assault on her ears.
Meanwhile, Bindra has been under scrutiny on social media regarding an alleged scam, triggered by a viral video from Indian motivational speaker and YouTuber Sandeep Maheshwari. In the video titled "Unveiling a Major Scam," Maheshwari presented statements from students claiming they were misled by Bindra's company. Bindra has denied all accusations.
In response, Maheshwari asserted that he faced pressure to remove the video but received overwhelming support from the public, urging him not to take it down. The situation continues to unfold as investigations into both the assault case and the alleged scam proceed.
