The Election Commission of India announced the schedule for the upcoming Maharashtra and Jharkhand assembly elections at 3:30 PM today, Tuesday, October 15. The Maharashtra assembly's current term will conclude on November 26, while the Jharkhand assembly's term is set to end on January 5, 2025.
