In a significant move to enhance convenience for metro commuters, MahaMetro has introduced a new WhatsApp ticketing service. The launch event, held at Ravi Bhavan today, was graced by Union Minister Shri Nitin Gadkari, who inaugurated the service by clicking a button. This marks a substantial advancement in making metro travel more accessible.

MahaMetro Managing Director Shri Shravan Hardikar warmly welcomed Union Minister Shri Nitin Gadkari at the event. The WhatsApp ticketing service is expected to streamline the ticket purchasing process, offering a user-friendly and efficient method for commuters to obtain their metro tickets.

With this innovative service, travellers can now easily buy their metro tickets using WhatsApp, eliminating the need to stand in long queues or use separate ticketing apps. This initiative is part of MahaMetro’s ongoing efforts to improve the commuter experience and promote the use of public transportation in Nagpur.
