Vidarbha ,Nagpur - 28 /06/2024 - The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a forecast warning for heavy rainfall in Nagpur and its surrounding districts within the next 24 hours. The alert extends to Chandrapur, Gondia, and Gadchiroli districts, urging residents to stay prepared.

The forecast predicts persistent heavy rain over Vidarbha for the next two days, accompanied by potential thunderstorms. IMD also anticipates light to moderate rainfall across several districts in Maharashtra, with some areas likely to experience heavy to very heavy rainfall in isolated pockets until Sunday.
