On April 19, the polling booths in Nagpur and Ramtek Loksabha will be solely staffed by women. Women will make up the majority of election-related officials and staff, including the polling station incharge and polling officers.
Women's voting places are typically located in polling places with a higher proportion of female voters than male ones. These centers were established with the intention of encouraging as many women as possible to exercise their right to vote and participate in the political process.
Dr. Vipin Itankar, the district election officer and collector of Nagpur, stated that attempts are being made to raise the turnout to 75%. "We have an ambitious target of 75% participation, which we are trying to achieve through voter cooperation," the speaker declared.
