Incident near Katol Naka, passengers aboard the Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC) Katol-Nagpur-Katol bus experienced a miraculous escape after the driver lost control of the vehicle, resulting in a collision with a light pole on the central divider. The incident occurred on Tuesday, and fortunately, there were no serious injuries reported.

Eyewitnesses at the scene recounted that the MSRTC bus, identified by the license plate MH-40-Y-5116, lost control while attempting to overtake another vehicle. Subsequently, the bus veered off course, leaping the central divider and colliding with the light pole, causing it to topple onto the road. The impact of the collision disrupted traffic flow in the surrounding area.

Upon notification, a team from the Gittikhadan Police Department swiftly arrived at the scene to manage the traffic and clear the area.
