India: Nagpur airport will launch new flights to Noida, Jaipur, and Kolhapur, while also increasing the frequency of services to Pune, Bangalore, Delhi, Indore, and Kolkata, starting from March 30.

The expansion is happening as the runway recarpeting will be completed by then. Currently, flights at Nagpur airport can only operate from 10 am to 6 pm. 

The slot coordination committee, which includes officials from the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Airports Authority of India (AAI), and Mihan India Limited (MIL), held a meeting last week. As a result, the summer schedule will feature new daily flights by Indigo Airlines and Star Air to the three new destinations.

New Flight Timings 
The new routes will be operated by IndiGo Airlines and Star Air. 
- Jaipur Flight (IndiGo): Starts March 30. It will arrive in Nagpur at 11:05 PM and take off at 7:20 AM. 
- Kolhapur Flight (Star Air): Starts April 1. The flight will land at 3:45 PM and depart at 4:15 PM. 
- Noida Flight (IndiGo): Starts April 30. The flight will leave Nagpur at 4:30 PM.

Additional Flights on Key Routes  
Apart from new destinations, more flights will be available for major cities: 
- Indore – New flight from July 26, arriving at 12:10 PM and departing at 12:35 PM. 
- Kolkata & Delhi - New connection from July 30. A flight from Kolkata will land at 12:15 PM and then leave for Delhi at 12:45 PM every Wednesday. 
- Pune & Rajasthan – From April 1, a flight from Pune will arrive at 1:05 PM and depart for Kishangarh, Rajasthan, at 1:30 PM daily. Another Pune flight will arrive at 3:10 PM and return at 3:45 PM, operating six days a week (except Saturdays). 
- Bengaluru – A new flight will land in Nagpur at 2:20 PM and leave for Bengaluru at 2:55 PM.
