Nagpur Crime Branch Busts Sex Racket at OYO Paradise Stay Inn, Kapil Nagar

Nagpur, India: The Social Security Branch (SSB) of the Nagpur Crime Branch busted a sex racket at OYO Paradise Stay Inn in Kapil Nagar on Friday, October 18. Two women were rescued during the operation, and a case was registered under the relevant sections of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act of 1956.
The police arrested Yashraj Rajendra Chokse, 29, a resident of Manewada Road, Besa. However, a female accomplice, identified as Pooja Pritam Dahikar, 34, from Indora, is still absconding. The police seized a mobile phone worth ₹15,000 and other materials valued at ₹19,960 during the raid.
The operation was led by PI Kavita Isarkar, who confiscated the accused’s mobile phone and conducted medical examinations of both the accused and the victims. The case has now been transferred to Kapil Nagar Police Station for further investigation.
An offence has been registered under Section 143 of the BNS, along with Sections 3(5), 4, 5, and 7(A) of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act. Further investigations are underway.
