Nagpur, India: A 36-year-old man named Ravi Lakhe has been arrested for molesting 17 minor girls in just 75 minutes. The incident happened near a school on February 5, when he offered the girls chocolates and biscuits to lure them in.

Ravi, who works as a shutter repairer and lives in Ganga Vihar Colony, was called to fix a shutter at a general store next to the school. The school operates in two shifts, and many girls often visit the store during break time to buy snacks.

From 11:00 AM to 12:15 PM, he took advantage of the situation and molested the girls. One of the victims told her family about the incident, leading them to inform the school principal.

After talking to other students, the principal found out that 17 girls had experienced similar incidents. She immediately reported the matter to Nandanvan police station.

The police arrested Ravi Lakhe on charges of molestation and violations of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act. Investigations are still ongoing to ensure all details are uncovered and justice is served for the young victims.
