Nagpur, India: The Nagpur Municipal Corporation’s medical health department has opened four physiotherapy centers aimed at supporting individuals with disabilities and seniors aged 60 and above.

These centers offer services at low rates to ensure accessibility for those in need. Since October 6, a total of 799 patients have taken advantage of these services.

Under the guidance of Municipal Commissioner and Administrator Dr. Abhijit Chaudhary, physiotherapy centers have been set up at Indira Gandhi Hospital in Gandhi Nagar, Pachpaoli Maternity Home, Sadar Rog Nidan Kendra, and Mahal Rog Nidan Kendra.

The initiative is headed by Commissioner Dr. Chaudhary, with backing from Additional Commissioner (City) Aanchal Goyal, who is urging more citizens to take advantage of these services.

The centers are managed by a team led by Municipal Medical Health Officer Dr. Deepak Selokar and Additional Medical Health Officer Dr. Narendra Bahiwar.
