Nagpur, India: After a video of youngsters recklessly driving cars on Hingna Road went viral, the Traffic Police took swift action, imposing fines of over ₹23,000 on each of the five vehicles involved.

Along with the fines, the parents of the offenders were called in, and the youngsters were required to provide a written apology in their presence. As a corrective step, they also attended a two hour session on traffic rules conducted by the Road Safety Patrol (RSP) unit of the Traffic Branch at Traffic Park.

DCP Traffic Archit Chandak issued a strong warning against reckless driving and rowdy behavior on the roads, stressing that such actions put both the offenders and other road users at risk. The police have made it clear that they will take strict action against traffic violations to ensure road safety.
