Nagpur to Illuminate with 31,000 Lamps for Deepotsav on Diwali Eve

Nagpur, India: The Shri Sai Palkhi Pariwar in Nagpur will celebrate Deepotsav on October 26 by lighting 31,000 earthen lamps at the NMC ground in Bhagwan Nagar from 6:30 pm to 10 pm. These lamps will be arranged to display the message “Om Shri Sainathay Namah, Sabka Maalik Ek,” symbolizing unity and devotion to Sai Baba on the eve of Diwali.

Union Minister for Road Transport Nitin Gadkari, Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, former MLA Sudhakar Kohle, former MP Datta Meghe, and comedian Priyadarshani Indualkar, known for Maharashtrachi Haasyajatra, will attend the event as honored guests. The program will commence with a traditional puja and aarti ceremony.

Pankaj Mahajan, president of the Shri Sadguru Sai Charitable Trust, announced that a 500-square-foot rangoli of Sai Baba will be created at the venue. Additionally, a musical performance by Zee Marathi Sa Re Ga Ma Pa singer Bhushan Jadhav is planned. The organizers have encouraged Sai devotees to attend the event in large numbers.
