NMC officials reported discovering approximately 900 square meters of unauthorized structures at Neuron Hospital near Dhantoli Police Station. The demolition of these illegal extensions began on Friday. Similarly, at Suretech Hospital on Bainji Marg, three unauthorized rooms built in the parking area were dismantled.

Additionally, with police support, the NMC seized tobacco, cigarettes, bidis, and other items from vendors near Dhanvate National College, Shivaji Science College, and New English High School in Dhantoli.

This operation was led by officials Bhaskar Malve and Manohar Rathod under the direction of Harish Raut, the Assistant Commissioner of the Encroachment Department.
