Nagpur, India: Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) and Orange City Water (OCW) have launched a new mobile app called Nagpur Jal Grahak Seva to improve water services for residents. This app replaces the old Nagpur Water app and comes with better features for an easier experience.
With this app, people can check and pay their water bills online, register complaints, and track their status. Soon, they will also be able to apply for new water connections and request changes like name updates or tap size modifications without visiting the zone office.
The app also ensures complaints are properly resolved using a “Happy Code” verification system. Users can view bills in PDF format, check past payments, and pay easily using Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, UPI, and Wallets.
To keep users updated, the app sends notifications and SMS alerts about bills, complaints, and other important information. It also allows users to update their contact details directly.
This app makes water services faster, easier, and more transparent. Residents are encouraged to download it for a hassle-free experience.
For help, users can call the NMC-OCW Helpline at 1800 266 9899 or email contact@ocwindia.com.
