Police Bust Sex Racket at Nature’s Beauty Salon, Rescue 3 Women

Nagpur police bust sex racket at Nature’s Beauty Salon, arrest two and rescue three women. Investigations ongoing under PITA Act

Nagpur, India- In a recent operation, the Social Security Branch (SSB) of Nagpur Crime Branch uncovered a sex racket operating under the guise of a massage parlour at Nature’s Beauty Salon & Spa on West High Court Road. Situated within the jurisdiction of Sitabuldi Police Station, the salon was allegedly run by two individuals identified as Aakansha (26) and Sofia (30).

Acting on confidential information, SSB PI Kavita Isarkar led a team to raid the premises. The operation resulted in the arrest of the accused, who were identified as Aakansha (also known as Ritika or Kumud Hiralaal Meshram) from Ramnagar and Sofia (also known as Nitu Zakhir Sheikh) from Mahadula Koradi. Additionally, three women were rescued from their captivity.

During the raid, police seized materials worth Rs 1.10 lakh from the accused. An offense under relevant sections of the PITA Act has been registered at Sitabuldi Police Station. Investigations into the matter are ongoing.

The successful operation was carried out with the cooperation of Constables Sachin Badhiye, Prakash Mathankar, NPC Sheshrao Raut, Ajay Paunikar, and others. Authorities continue to pursue leads to ensure comprehensive action against such illegal activities in the region.
