Nagpur, India- The Pune Porsche Accident has gained tremendous public attention and is becoming controversial, a 17-year-old boy under the influence of alcohol was driving his father's Porsche car. He crashed the car into the motorcycle, killing two IT professionals on the spot who were in their 20s. This accident provided a bridge over Nagpur's Ritika Maloo Ram Jhula case. It has been 3 months since the incident occurred however, the court hearing is all about dates over dates. 

Here is the timeline of the accident and the investigation that police have made so far, Ritika Dinesh Maloo and her co-passenger Madhuri Shishir Sarda were driving a Mercedes and hit the two-wheeler on Ram Jhula, killing two people Mohd Hussain Mustafa and Mohd Ateef Ziya. This accident happened on the night between the 24th and 25th at 1:30 pm, and the accused fled from the scene. 

The Accused was arrested and was taken to the medical examination after 6 hours of incident. She was charged with IPC Section 304(A) Bailable offence, and 279, 338 along with 184 of the Motor Vehicle Act. However, she was bailed out by the court on the same day, that is 25th February.

The Regional Forensic Science Laboratory confirmed the presence of alcohol in Ritika Maloo's blood sample on 29th February. Soon after the confirmation, on 2nd March Police edited the charge sheet with a non-bailable offence of 304 IPC Section. In a recent court hearing, as per Ritika Maloo's request, the court granted an ad-interim bail. After getting the bail.
