Nagpur, India: A truck carrying goods caught fire near Naka No. 5 on the Nagpur-Bhandara road on Friday morning. The driver acted quickly, preventing any casualties.
The Fire and Emergency Department received the alert at 7:52 am and immediately sent a fire tender from Kalamna Fire Station. Firefighters arrived promptly and managed to control the flames within minutes, preventing further damage.
Goods worth ₹5 lakh were destroyed in the fire, but materials valued at ₹10 lakh were successfully saved.
The cause of the fire is yet to be determined.
