At the 36th Malaysia International Open Master Athletics Championship, which was recently conducted, Nagpur-based athlete Renu Kaur Sidhu took home multiple golds. More than 1300 athletes from 32 nations competed in the competition. 

Renu Kaur finished the 1500m in 6 minutes and 36 seconds to win a silver medal. Then, with a time of 9 minutes 14 seconds, she won another silver in the 2000-meter race.

Sidhu finished the 800-meter sprint in 3 minutes and 22 seconds to win her third medal, a bronze. She ran the Delhi Vedanta Half Marathon as well, finishing in two hours and two minutes.
