Soha has taken good care of her skin ever since she was a child. She pays even closer attention to what she eats now that summer is right around the corner to ensure that her skin remains healthy and radiant. Soha responded, "Over the years, I've tried many various foods, but there are three that I swear by for keeping my skin at its best during the summer season." When questioned about some of the foods that maintain her skin healthy and shining, Soha said, " What are them then? Look at them to learn more about them.

Almonds

You become what you consume, and Soha holds this to be true! She has a practise of starting her day with a handful of almonds that she picked up as a child. "Almonds support the health of my skin because they are a good source of vitamin E and healthy fats, both of which have been found to be good for skin. Additionally, I discovered that almonds are beneficial for the health of the skin and can improve skin radiance in books from Ayurveda, Siddha, and Unani. I would advise everyone to incorporate daily eating of almonds into their beauty routine. Almonds can be consumed whenever, anywhere, including at home, at work, and on the go. The best thing about almonds is that you can eat them raw, roasted, or spiced.

Amla

Soha loves amla, commonly known as Indian gooseberry, as one of her go-to meals for healthy skin. Amla's vitamin C content helps a lot with her skin problems. Amla is bitter, hence Soha prefers to drink the juice version of it. "I cut them into small pieces, dip them in honey, and eat or have it in the form of juice," she said. Regularly consuming amla juice greatly aids in skin exfoliation and aids in the removal of pigmentation or blemishes from her skin.

Beetroot Juice

According to Soha, "I particularly enjoy drinking beetroot juice during the summer because it adds glow to my skin." It also aids in the prevention of acne and pimples due to its anti-inflammatory effects. Instead of eating it as a curry, she prefers to drink cold-pressed beetroot juice since it helps keep the nutrients and fibres. Strong antioxidant properties assist to keep the skin moisturised. Staying hydrated all day long and consuming beetroot juice help your body remove toxins, which revitalises you.
