Nagpur, India- The City Police held a Civil Awareness Seminar at the Sindhu Education Society campus to inform youngsters about the dangers of drug abuse and promote road safety. Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Zone V, Niketan Kadam, delivered a key lecture urging students to avoid narcotics.
The event started with an introductory speech by Dimpy Bajaj, Director of Sindhu Education Society. Mementos were presented to DCP Kadam and Arun Sagar, Police Inspector of Jaripatka Police Station, by the Secretary of Sindhu Education Society, Deepak Bajaj, and President Veena Bajaj.
During his speech, DCP Kadam covered important topics including drug abuse, road safety, the importance of wearing helmets, and cybercrime prevention, focusing on the risks of sharing OTP. He also shared his inspiring story of becoming an IPS officer and passing the UPSC exam.
The seminar concluded with a vote of thanks by Anil Konge. The event saw a large turnout of students.
