Pelvic organ prolapse is the term used to describe the prolapse or dropping of the colon, bladder, rectum, or uterus from their normal position; alternatively, it can be defined as a weakening of the muscles, ligaments, and tissues supporting the pelvic organs. It happens when the pelvic organs' supporting network of muscles and tissues weakens and is unable to keep the organs securely in place.

Pelvic Organ Prolapse Treatment-

1. Do pelvic floor exercises.

2. To avoid constipation, consume a lot of fluids and foods high in fiber, such as fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.

3. Avoid heavy weight lifting: When lifting weights, proper posture is important.

4. Retain a healthy weight through diet and lifestyle choices.

5. Work on retraining and strengthening your pelvic floor muscles to support your organs.

6. Give up smoking 

7. Advise using good posture and gait to avoid overusing the pelvic floor muscles. attempt not to stand for extended periods of time and attempt to take breaks.

8. Learning how to pass movements without putting undue strain on the pelvic floor.

9. Try low-impact workouts like yoga, Pilates, strolling, cycling, and swimming. Exercises with a high impact, such as sprinting and jumping, should be avoided.

10. The normal movement of the intestine is improved by abdominal or stomach massage.
