Two Individuals Accused in Rs 5 Crore Plot Fraud Case

Two individuals have been accused of defrauding a man by fabricating documents related to three plots valued at Rs 5 crore between May 10, 2017, and February 10, 2024, in Mauza.
The suspects have been identified as Ejaz Khan Wald Noor Khan, residing in Lashkaribagh, and Sushma Ganesh Nandeshwar. Khan and Nandeshwar allegedly falsified the sale and ownership documents of the plots, originally owned by Onkar Guwade, to deceive him.
The initial inquiry was conducted by Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police Anil Bramhankar. Gittikhadan police have filed a case under sections 420, 468, 471, and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Investigations into the matter are ongoing.
