Sairaj Nayse played a pivotal role in Narayana Vidyalayam, Chinchbhavan's victory at the DSO Inter-School Under-14 (NMC region) Badminton tournament held at the Mankapur Indoor Stadium. In the final, Narayana Vidyalayam overcame Bhavans Shrikrishna Nagar with a score of 2-1, thanks to Sairaj's exceptional performance in both singles and doubles matches.

During the semifinals, Narayana Vidyalayam bested Sandipani School, with Sairaj delivering an undefeated performance throughout the tournament. The Narayana Vidyalayam team, consisting of Sairaj, Shreyas Kuthe, and Devansh Hingnekar, was accompanied by sports teacher Surjit Singh as their coach. This victory secured their spot in the upcoming Divisional tournament scheduled for later this month.
