This article explains how to fit more exercise into your hectic routine, from standing at your desk to taking five to ten minutes per hour to walk.
1. Gain Muscle Mass
It's critical to maintain your muscle mass throughout the day in order to prevent fat from building up and weight gain. Here are some things you can do if your job is sedentary and doesn't allow you to walk about much.
2. For Desk Job
Avoid standing or sitting for prolonged hours and take mini breaks in betweeen. Walk around or stretch in the break time, also make sure to maintain the level of your screen at eye level on the desk.
3. Walking
Walking on the roads or the ground for a few kms or 20-30 mins everyday is also a good way to come out of your sedentary lifestyle.
4. Walk and Call
Try to take all your work calls while walking around, instead of sitting on the chair. You can do this practice at home or work as well.

Use the staircase whenever and wherever possible always, be it at home or workplace. This helps in being physically fit and active throughout the day.

Try including weight bearing exercises into your daily schedule, it could be anything like squats, push-ups, jumping jacks, planks. This will help you in delaying age related issues.
7. Yoga
Yoga is the best and easiest way to regenerate your body and get away with tiredeness. You can also include breathing exercises into your daily yoga sessions.
