Indian cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal and his wife, Dhanashree Verma, have legally ended their marriage. After months of speculation, reports confirm that the couple's final divorce hearing took place at the Bandra Family Court on Thursday.

According to a report by ABP News, both Chahal and Dhanashree were present during the proceedings. Before granting the divorce, the judge advised them to attend a counselling session, which lasted about 45 minutes. After the session, both confirmed their decision to separate with mutual consent.

The report further revealed that the couple had been living apart for the past 18 months. When questioned about their decision to part ways, they cited "compatibility issues" as the reason for their divorce.

The court officially granted the divorce at around 4:30 PM on Thursday.

Ahead of the hearing, Chahal posted a message on social media, thanking God for guidance and protection. Dhanashree also shared a post about faith, urging people to trust in divine plans during difficult times.

With the legal formalities now complete, Chahal and Dhanashree have officially moved on from their marriage.
