Young people could not resist the impulse to swim as they went for a walk at Ambazari Lake with their companions. A young man and his pal went for a swim. The young person drowned within minutes. Khandare, Suraj Harihar (22) is the deceased's name, living in Mahal's Sangh Building Road.
Suraj Khandare held a degree and was employed by a private company. He would regularly go swimming in the pool with his pals. Even on Wednesday morning, Suraj went swimming at Ambazari Lake with his friend Vipool Omkar Madke (20) from Friends Colony. They both swam quite a distance as they were excellent swimmers, both returned to the bank after a while.
Vipul reached the edge and turned back, but Suraj was nowhere to be seen. Vipul became afraid even after waiting for a while because Suraj was nowhere to be seen.
