After falling off the Panchpaoli Flyover, two people were hurt
According to the police, a young man and a lady on a motorcycle were thrown off a flyover in Panchpaoli on Monday after their vehicle was allegedly struck by a car. They suffered significant injuries.
The names of the deceased are Fauzia Ansari (23), and Irfan Ansari (28). They were both siblings who lived in Teka Nai Basti. When a speeding car driven by an allegedly inebriated driver struck their motorcycle, the riders fell from the flyover.
The collision resulted in significant injuries for both cyclists. They were taken right away by locals to the closest hospital for treatment, where they are still in critical condition. The accused driver of the car has been taken into custody by the Pachpaoli police.
