Against Bangladesh test match, Rishabh Pant rejoins the Indian Team
After almost two years, Rishabh Pant has rejoined India's Test team for their first match against Bangladesh, which will take place in Chennai from September 19–23. On Sunday, the BCCI revealed the 16-man team for the opening Test.

Pant played in his final Test match against Bangladesh in December 2022, however he was out for about 15 months due to an automobile accident. Pant made a return to competitive cricket in the IPL in March of this year.
Since then, the talented batter-wickekeeper has played for India in white-ball cricket, most notably during their victory in the June T20 World Cup. After playing for India B in their Duleep Trophy match against India A in Bengaluru, which ended on Sunday, Pant's return to the Test team was merely nominal.
In the second innings, he showed his aggressive self again, blasting 61 off just 47 balls to give India a 76-run victory. B. The team consists of two glovemen, Pant and Dhruv Jurel, plus KL Rahul, who has made a comeback after missing the final four Tests of the five-match series against England in February and March owing to injury.
