Alexis Hospital is acquired by Max Healthcare for a sum of 412 crore

Alexis Multi-Speciality Hospital Private Limited (Alexis) has been acquired by Max Healthcare Institute for an enterprise value of Rs 412 crores. The 200-bed hospital is JCI approved and is located in Mankapur, which is to the north of Nagpur. Spread across G+6 levels and a basement, the facility boasts a built-up area of roughly 2.25 lakh square feet.

It provides a wide range of healthcare services, such as gastroenterology, neurosurgery, cardiology, transplants, and associated diagnostics. It guarantees cutting edge medical care since it is outfitted with cutting edge biomedical technology like a 3 Tesla MRI, 128 Slice CT Scan, and Varian True Beam LINAC.

The hospital can accommodate up to 340 beds in total, and there are plans to improve medical programs, with a focus on surgical specialties such CTVS, urology, oncology, and neurosciences. The hospital's current EBITDA is about Rs 25 crore, and its revenue is about Rs 150 crore.

The share purchase agreement is presently in the final stages of completion and will be concluded promptly for the acquisition of Alexis Multi-Speciality Hospital Private Limited.
