Anthony Youn explains why nose jobs are the most regretted procedure
Popular plastic surgeon Anthony Youn discussed a significant issue with rhinoplasty, or "nose jobs," on the Pursuit of Wellness program. In order to attain face harmony, the nose's size and shape are altered by plastic surgery.
People sometimes find noses that deviate from the typical nose shape—such as those that are crooked, bulbous, or upturned—to be ugly. These unusual nose shapes are changed to conform to social norms in an attempt to attain the ideal of beauty. However, fulfillment is rarely attained—rather than feeling lovely and content.

And it's one of the reasons I find them objectionable. Therefore, the issue with nose jobs is that scar tissue is created whenever an incision is made on the body, including during surgery. It is visible from a typical speaking distance if there is even a single millimeter of asymmetry or scar tissue on the nose, according to studies.
A couple others made similar comments and related their own experiences. "It is true that I had two nose jobs—one normal and one revision—and my nose is still not perfect. I'm considering getting a third one, but after watching this video, I don't think I'll do it," someone commented.
