Nagpur Developer Booked for Alleged ₹3.7 Crore Plot Fraud

Nagpur, India: A fraud case has been filed against the directors of Armors Developers Private Limited, located near Swastik High School, Nava Niketan, Panchpaoli.

The director couple, Anand Narayan Khobragade and Sharda Anand Khobragade, are accused of deceiving three customers out of ₹3.70 crore. They reportedly signed agreements to sell plots but did not complete the transfer of ownership.

According to the police, Khobragade developed a plan or design for properties located on Survey Nos. 136/A and 136/1B along Kamptee Road in Ranala in 2022.

The complainants, Naved Mohammad Israrullah, M/s Virani & Co., and Virendra Singh Shekhawat, paid a combined total of ₹3.70 crore to the accused, but the accused did not transfer ownership or possession of the plots to them.

The Pachpaoli police, after investigating a written complaint from the victims, filed a case against the Khobragades under various sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), and the investigation is still ongoing.
