City Police Commissioner has taken action against Notorious Criminal
Nagpur, India: On September 26, Nagpur City Police Commissioner, Took action against notorious criminal Rishi Alias Lucky, son of Madhukar Shahu (aged 30), residence near Ramai Nagar Garden in Hudco Colony, Nagpur.
Been detained under the Maharashtra Dangerous Persons Act, 1981. The action was taken to curb his involvement in crimes such as persons and property, including offences also attempted to murder, causing injuries with deadly weapons, illegal alcohol sales, and threatening public order.
Rishi has multiple cases registered at Jaripatka and Mankapur police stations. With the previous preventive actions in 2021 and 2022, and a good behaviour bond, Rishi violated the conditions and continued committing serious offences.
Given his continued involvement in dangerous activities and threat, the Crime Branch had submitted a proposal for his detention, which was approved by the Police Commissioner and he has been detained and currently held at Nagpur Central Jail.
