City Police Dismantle Sex Racket, Rescue Three Girls in Raid

In a significant crackdown, the Social Security Branch (SSB) of the City Police dismantled a sex racket and liberated three young girls during a raid conducted at Lotus Spa on the fourth floor of Magh Apartment, Swavalambi Nagar Square, in Deendayal Nagar. Authorities apprehended three individuals, including a woman, accused of trafficking the young girls into the flesh trade.The arrested individuals have been identified as Mohammad Altaf Ansari Abdul Sattar (25), the proprietor of Lotus Spa and a resident of Jaitala near Ansari Garage; Ishwar alias Ishant Sudgir Ghorpade (21) from Subhash Nagar; and Asha Ashok Patil alias Sneha Virendra Saudarkar (30) from Flat No. 408, Shantinath Society, Jaitala.Acting on intelligence, SSB officers received information about the prostitution ring operating under the guise of a massage parlor at Lotus Spa. Utilizing a decoy, the police confirmed the illicit activities and promptly raided the establishment. The raid, led by PI Kavita Isarkar and PSI Mahendra Thote, involved a dedicated team of constabulary staff. The trio was caught red-handed, and the authorities seized substantial evidence linking them to the operation.A case under Sections 4, 5, and 7 of the Prevention of Immoral Trafficking Act has been lodged against Mohammad Altaf, Ishwar Ghorpade, and Asha Patil alias Sneha Saudarkar at Rana Pratap Nagar Police Station. The successful operation underscores the city police's commitment to combating human trafficking and ensuring the safety and security of its residents.
