Confirmation of presenting 'Bloody Daddy' on OTT
Actor Shahid Kapoor stated on Wednesday that Jio Cinema will screen his forthcoming action film Bloody Daddy. Bloody Daddy, which is an authentic remake of the 2011 French film Nuit Blanche, is helmed by Ali Abbas Zafar, who is also responsible for the films Tiger Zinda Hai, Sultan, and Bharat.
At Jio Studios' massive "Infinite Together" event, when more than 100 movies and TV shows were revealed, including Bloody Daddy, the news was made. Shahid stated that he like the genre "a lot" while at the event.
"I enjoyed working on an action movie. I had a great time working with Ali. He has a deep understanding of the genre. What do you do on the big screen if you're doing something this huge on OTT, is the current conundrum. Thus, we need to resolve that. Well, it's been a blast," Shahid added during the function, which Riteish Deshmukh was hosting. Shahid responded to Riteish's inquiry on the experience of filming an action movie, "I was just saying what Sanjay Kapoor says in the teaser, 'What the hell is going on?' " I basically kept repeating that. I was told by Ali to 'Just bloody do it.' We made 50 days of film."
