Crime Branch Raids Godown, Seizes Banned Scented and Flavoured Tobacco
On Thursday, the Crime Branch carried out a raid on a warehouse located in Mahadev Nagar. The operation led to the seizure of prohibited scented and flavoured tobacco products, as well as the seizure of a two-wheeler with an estimated total value of over ₹1.31 lakh. Rahul Jain, the owner of the warehouse, was later involved as an accused in the case.
After a successful operation, the Yashodhara Nagar Police registered an official offence related to the seized banned tobacco. The authorities are taking strict measures to fight against the illegal trade and distribution of prohibited substances, which guarantees the safety and well-being of the community.
