Criminal Released on Bail Kills Friend Over Financial Dispute in Nagpur
Nagpur, India: A notorious criminal, recently released on bail for a previous murder charge, killed his associate in a violent attack following a financial disagreement.
The incident took place on December 26 near Avinash Ground in the Ajni Railway Quarters area, under the jurisdiction of the Ajni police station.
The victim has been identified as 34 year old Kuldeep Rajendra Singh Chavan from New Mhalgi Nagar. Police have arrested the accused, 34 year old Richesh Deepak Shikkarwar, who is also a resident of Mhalgi Nagar.
Police sources reveal that Richesh, a habitual offender, had previously been jailed for a murder case in Nandanvan and was released on bail two months ago. Kuldeep, who was also involved in criminal activities, had a long-standing friendship with Richesh, and the two frequently drank alcohol together.
After his release, Richesh frequently visited Kuldeep’s house, where he demanded money and shared drinks. This led to multiple disputes between them.
Kuldeep choose not to share these problems with his wife, Shraddha. On the night of December 25, at around 10 p.m., Richesh came to meet Kuldeep and invited him out, using the excuse of having drinks.
Before they left, Richesh demanded money again, but when Kuldeep refused, it escalated into a heated argument.
The next day, on December 26, around 6:30 p.m., Richesh came back to Kuldeep’s house and took him out once more. The two drank alcohol together.
Around midnight, near Avinash Ground, Richesh once again demanded money from Kuldeep. When Kuldeep refused, their argument turned violent. In a fit of rage, Richesh struck Kuldeep on the head with a stone, killing him on the spot. After the incident, Richesh went to the Ajni police station and confessed to the murder.
