December 10th is the second open Double Memorial Swimming Competition
At Rajkamal Boating Centre, Ramtek's Khindsi Lake, the Late Archana Jaiprakash Duble 2nd Open Water Swimming Competition will take place on December 10. The National Institute of Swimming and the JD SPORTS Foundation are in charge of organizing the competition.
There will be five categories for the event. These include the 200-, 400-, and 5-kilometer runs. Age categories of 10 to 13 years, 13 to 16 years, 16 to 35 years, 35 to 50 years, and 50 to 51 years will see competition between men and women. The victors will get T-shirts, medals, and certificates of recognition. Every participant will receive a finisher medal.
Jaiprakash Duble, the chief coordinator of the competition, announced that the meet will start at eight in the morning. Technical judges for the tournament will include Jayant Duble, Mahendra Kapoor, Sushil Durgkar, Amol Raipurkar, and Sambhaji Bhosle.
