Dr. Chapke Appointed to NAAC Team
Dr. Umesh S. Chapke, a senior faculty member at Sitabai Arts, Commerce, and Science College, has been appointed as a member of the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) of UGC, New Delhi. Dr. Chapke has been a senior faculty in music for the past 20 years. He is also an SCBAU-approved soft skill development trainer and a noted musician recognized by Prasar Bharati and Nagpur Akashvani.
Recognizing his extensive experience and expertise, Dr. Chapke has been appointed to the NAAC in Bengaluru. He is the first music faculty from Maharashtra to be included.
Dr. Chapke expressed his gratitude to Principal Dr. Vasudha Deo, Principal R.D. Sikchi, BGE Society President Adv. Motisingh Mohta, Secretary Dr. Pavan Maheshwari, Senior Vice-President Vijaykumar Toshniwal, Abhijeet Paranjape, Vikram Golechha, and others. He credits his success to his mother Shobha Chapke, Dr. Priti Chapke, and the college staff.
