Drunk Men Cause Panic, Attempt Robbery at Mate Square Petrol Pump
Nagpur, India: Chaos broke out at a petrol pump in the busy Mate Chowk area of Nagpur when three to four men on motorcycles created a ruckus around 4:30 pm. The men, who appeared to be drunk, attacked the petrol pump staff and threatened them with knives.
The trouble started when the miscreants harassed drivers filling petrol. They then abused and assaulted the petrol pump employees and even tried to steal money.
Other staff members and customers raised an alarm, forcing the attackers to flee the scene. The entire incident was recorded on the CCTV cameras installed at the petrol pump.
Police arrived soon after the incident, assessed the situation, and registered a complaint against the unknown men. They are now using the CCTV footage to identify and catch the culprits.
The incident has caused fear among locals, and many are calling for stricter security in the area.
